Return and Exchange Policy

 

We offer returns and exchanges for unused, sealed, and undamaged products within 14 days of the purchase date. The shipping fee for returns is 50 L.E, and for exchanges, it is 75 L.E. Refunds are processed within 2-5 working days.

 

How to Initiate a Return, Exchange, Refund, or Cancellation

 

To begin the process, send an email to help@tiabrand.com with the following details:

• Your order number

• Your name

• Your phone number

• Details of the return or exchange request

• A clear picture of the invoice and the products received

 

Shipping and Handling Charges

• For returns: The customer is responsible for shipping and handling charges unless the item was received damaged.

• For exchanges: Shipping charges apply as stated above.

• For damaged merchandise: Shipping and handling charges will be covered by Tia Brand.

 

Important Notes

• Refunds will be credited to the same payment method used during the purchase.

• Returns are processed within 21 working days from the date we receive the returned items.

• If a returned item was part of a promotion, discount, or free shipping offer, only the paid value will be refunded. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
